Property layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and includes a key detailing various parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation released as part of the current congressional process.
